Our cooks have once again created magic and prepared a few dishes for the few cold and many mild days of this winter. Vegan, vegetarian, fresh from the German pig: The winter menu has something for everyone!

Our dishes of the winter menu:

  • Lentil stew (vegan)
  • Lentil stew with Knackwurst (sausage)
  • Marinated leaf salad – with beetroot and radish
  • Breaded celery schnitzel with red lentil puree, tartar sauce and marinated leaf salad
  • Pork cutlet with fried potatoes, cranberry jelly and marinated leaf salad
